What makes Trainlike different from other gym trackers?

PRs you might've missed, patterns forming, things to watch. Run a deep dive anytime and get a breakdown of your last 30 days of training. What's actually happening in your program - not what you think is happening. The app pays attention to the work you're already doing. It's not about AI generating workouts for you. It's about the app paying attention to the work you're already doing.
Is this just another AI workout app?
No. AI-generated workouts are hit or miss. You've probably seen the generic templates that don't account for your equipment or schedule. We have AI generation, but it's a starting point, not the product. Use it to get a first draft, then edit however you want. The AI we actually care about is on the analysis side: reading your logbook and giving you feedback on your own training.
Can I create my own workouts and programs?
Yes. Build whatever you want: custom exercises, your own rep schemes, full programs. It's your training.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. The exercise library covers barbells, dumbbells, machines, cables, and bodyweight. Train wherever.
Is it only on iOS?
For now, yes. iOS and Apple Watch. We're focused on getting one platform right before expanding.
